EDUCATION, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION

Grant Mossman will be speaking about what part does training play in the recruitment process?

David Cartwright will be speaking about if employers value professional qualifications, or is it just a case of ticking the boxes?

In this pair of talks Grant and Dave will take a look at the reality of recruiting cyber and data protection staff and ask what part training plays in the process, and conversely whether it's perfectly possible to land a role even if you're not qualified.

Physical attendance is at the Ouless room, Jersey Museum.

Viertual attendance is via Zoom.
